ARTICHOKE (PIE) QUICHE 
1 can artichokes (quartered)
2 eggs
Dash of oregano
Garlic powder or crushed garlic
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (grated - 8 oz.)
1/2 onion, grated
2 tbsp. milk or cream
Parsley
Pie shell
Mushrooms sliced

Fill prebaked pie shell with artichokes, mushrooms, cheese, onion. Mix eggs with garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 35 minutes (until set).
