1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice for above)

Combine dressing mix with mayonnaise and pineapple juice. Add chicken, celery and pineapple to mixture and toss well to coat. Chill.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
