“BARBECUED SPICY BANANAS” IS IN:

BARBECUED SPICY BANANAS 
1 or 2 bananas (peeled) for each person
freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
aluminum foil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Peel the bananas. In a shallow dish long enough for bananas, combine brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Brush the bananas with lemon juice and roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut squares of foil (about 12-inch by 12-inch), 1 for each banana to wrap individually. Place each banana on a square of foil and dot with butter. Wrap banana tightly to seal and place directly into the hot coals for about 5 minutes. If you have a gas grill, place over direct heat (it may take a few minutes longer).

Ingredients are enough for approximately 6 bananas.
