BEST BANANA CRUMB MUFFINS 
3 large bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mash bananas. Add sugar and egg. Add the melted butter, Combine dry ingredients, add to the banana mixture and mix until moist. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

In a small bowl mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until cornmeal consistency. Sprinkle topping on muffin batter.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
