ARTICHOKE PIE 
2 pkg. frozen artichokes
2 eggs
1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pie crust
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
parsley and basil to taste
4 tbsp. butter

Boil artichokes in water for 20 minutes. Drain well. In bowl, mix artichokes, beaten eggs, Mozzarella cheese, grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and basil. Mix well. Sprinkle pie crust bottom with bread crumbs and add artichoke mixture. Dot top of pie with butter.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbling.

Serves 6 to 8.
