ARTICHOKE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Italian Seasoned bread crumbs

Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
