SPINACH, ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (cook 3 minutes)
2 (7 oz.) cans artichoke hearts or 2 (10 oz.) frozen artichokes, cooked & drained
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Place artichokes in greased casserole. Combine spinach, butter, cream cheese and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over the artichokes. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
