SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cans artichoke hearts
Bread crumbs

Line bottom of casserole with quartered artichoke hearts. Cook and drain spinach. To the spinach, add the butter, cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix well over heat. Pour this mixture over the artichokes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. heat before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
