SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & drained 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can artichoke hearts, cut into pieces 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter Line a buttered two quart casserole with artichoke hearts. Add water chestnuts and spinach. Melt butter and cream cheese over low heat. Pour over casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serves 6. |
