SHRIMP AND GREEN NOODLE 
1/2 of 8 oz. pkg. spinach noodles
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped chives
4 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook noodles as directed on package. Line a casserole with noodles and make into a nest.

Saute shrimp in 1/2 cup clarified butter until pink and tender (about 5 minutes). Cover noodles with shrimp.

Combine remaining ingredients, reserving the cheese. Pour this sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
