ARTICHOKE PIE 
2 onions, diced
2 cans (10 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 c. another kind of cheese, grated
1 top and bottom pie crust

Fry onions until translucent, add artichoke hearts and brown with onion. Remove from heat and in separate bowl add artichoke mixture and cheese. Place in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 45 to 60 minutes.
