ARTICHOKE PIE 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. diced pepperoni
1 c. diced Mozzarella
1 pkg. artichoke hearts (thawed and cut in quarters)
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
1 pie crust

Beat eggs until they have a fluffy consistency. Fold in pepperoni, cheese, artichoke hearts and grated cheese. Mix well and spoon into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
