3 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oven bag

Put chuck roast in oven bag. Put mushroom soup on roast, then sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Salt and pepper to taste.

Tie bag and cut small hole in bag. Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour per pound.
