SWISS TOMATO PIE 
4 c. stale bread cubes
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place bread cubes in pan. Cover with tomato slices; put grated cheese on top. Beat together eggs and seasonings and pour over. Bake 40-60 minutes until puffy and brown.
