COUNTRY CROCK POT - PINTO BEANS | |
Pinto Beans 1 tbsp. chili powder (more to taste) dash or 2 of garlic powder onion - chopped dash of red pepper Wash beans - parboil for 30 minutes. Drain water. Put in Crockpot ~ add seasonings. Cover with water. Cook on high 4 hours. Lower heat to low - cook additional 3-4 hours. This is my own combination of 2 different recipes. Adjust seasonings to your own liking.
