COTTAGE POTATOES 
5 lg. potatoes
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. croutons
1/2 c. melted butter
Corn flake crumbs
3/4 c. milk

Cut, cube and cook potatoes about 15 minutes. Cube remaining ingredient and mix together with potatoes and melted butter. Bake in a large pan or casserole. Sprinkle the top with corn flakes and pour enough milk over to moisten the corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
