Non-stick spray coating
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Spray a 13"x9"x2" baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange potatoes in a thin layer in the pan. Arrange onion slices over the potatoes. Brush with melted butter. Stir together cheese, basil and pepper. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp. Makes 4 servings.
