No Bake Cookies

I had forgotten to bring my No-Bake Cookie recipe from home when I made these at work. This one is exactly like it. I would like clarify one thing and give a couple of tips for those who have not made these before. The dry, powdered, instant milk gets mixed dry in with the sugar and cocoa. Then you add with the butter - 1/4 cup water. You may want to add another tsp. to tbsp. of water, butter, and/or peanut butter also. I often do all 3 so that the cookies are not so dry and crumbly. Also, stir continuously as you are bringing to a boil. This much sugar will burn almost immediately if you don't stir. Enjoy!
