COTTAGE POTATOES 
11 lg. boiled potatoes, cut in cubes
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 slice bread
3 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese

Cut potatoes and green pepper. Dice onion. Crumble up the slice of bread. Cube the 8 ounce package of cheese. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients. Add milk; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until onions are done and cheese is melted.
