CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa

Cook until thick on low heat. Add: 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all together, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until cold.

SECOND LAYER:

2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavor
2 c. powdered sugar
Few drops of green food coloring

Beat together and spread on first layer. Refrigerate.

THIRD LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter

Melt together and spread on top. Keep in refrigerator.
