CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
FIRST LAYER:

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup

Mix well. Grease and flour 10 x 15 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter
3-4 drops green food color
4-6 drops peppermint oil to taste
2 tbsp. milk

Mix well; spread on cake. Put in freezer until set (10-15 minutes).

THIRD LAYER:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Melt together and mix. Cool slightly. Spread on green layer and cool completely. Serves 10-15.
