1 box Crispix cereal
12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips
1 c. (9 oz.) peanut butter
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' (powdered) sugar

Place cereal in large bowl. In saucepan, on low heat, combine and stir chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter until all melted and well blended. Pour over cereal, toss to coat evenly. Put sugar in paper or plastic bag. Add coated cereal and shake to coat evenly, separating any lumps.
