2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar

Melt chips and butter in saucepan or microwave. Blend in peanut butter. Pour this mixture over Crispix cereal. (Use a very large bowl.) Toss to coat. (Bowl with lid works well because you can shake it all up to coat.) Coat with powdered sugar.
