SOUTHERN VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb Hamburger meat
1 can white corn
1 can yellow corn
1 can peas
1 can diced potatoes
1 can sliced carrots
1 can baby lima beans
1/2 small onion diced
2 slices of Fatback
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 plastic containers of Campbell's tomato juice

Open canned vegetables and pour contents in a large colander. Combine vegetables into a large pot. Pour 1 container of Cambell's Tomato Juice over vegetables and put on low heat.

In separate pan, brown hamburger meat and drain well. Add meat to soup in pot. Mix well. Add two slices of fatback to soup. Cover. Add more tomato juice until soup is desired consistency. Some like it thick, others like it really soupy. Continue heating for 3-4 hours until vegetables are soft and are able to be cut with spoon.

Enjoy!

Soup can be placed in Freezer bags and frozen. Use within a few weeks.
