BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, split
1 stalk celery
1 sm. onion
Salt
1 (20 to 30 oz.) bag of frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Boil in water the chicken, celery, onion and salt. Cook and drain frozen broccoli. Place broccoli in 9 x 13 inch dish. Cool and debone chicken and lay over top of broccoli. Mix together soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top, then a thin layer of Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good warmed.
