BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
5 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese sticks
Crushed Ritz crackers

Boil chicken until tender in salted water. Remove from bone and cut into pieces. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into large casserole dish. Place cheese into mixture all around dish. Top with crackers. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
