BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. bag of frozen broccoli 1 med. onion 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. butter 1 sleeve Ritz crackers Saute onions in 1/4 lb. of butter, (defrost broccoli) put in hot water for 1 or 2 minutes. Drain, put in baking dish, add onions and butter. In a bowl mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1/4 can of milk, pour this over broccoli, slice Velveeta cheese and put on top of broccoli, crumble Ritz cracker on top, melt second quarter lb. of butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
