CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked chicken breast
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Crumbled Ritz crackers (approximately 1 c.)

Blend Miracle Whip, soup, lemon juice and cheese together. In a greased baking dish place broccoli spears on bottom. Cover with 1/2 sauce mixture. Layer chicken and cover with remaining sauce. Place crumbled Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
