CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 lg. or 6 sm. chicken breasts, boneless
Fresh broccoli
Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (use only Hellmann's)
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook chicken until tender. Cook broccoli half done and drain. Butter casserole dish (heavy). Salt broccoli and lay on top of butter. Next, place chicken on top of broccoli.
