CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. butter cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Combine with chicken, soup, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese in bowl; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 8 servings.
