CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cracker crumbs (Ritz)

Boil and de-bone chicken. Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain broccoli and place in bottom of baking dish, layer chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup and cheese together. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken layer. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
