CORN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream style corn
2/3 c. crushed Club or Ritz crackers
6 slices American cheese
Salt
Pepper
4 tbsp. butter
Paprika
1/3 c. cracker crumbs

Mix corn, egg and cracker crumbs in medium mixing bowl. Put 1/2 of broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put 1/2 of corn mixture on top of broccoli.

Layer cheese on top of corn. Top with remaining broccoli and remaining corn mixture. Scatter 4 tablespoons butter over top. Cover with cracker crumbs, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, in greased 2 quart casserole.
