BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 egg
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, combine with 4 tbsp. melted butter/ butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place broccoli in an attractive arrangement in a 1 quart casserole. Evenly combine mayonnaise, chicken soup, eggs, and cheese in mixing bowl. Pour evenly over broccoli. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over casserole. Cook for 30-35 minutes.
