GOLDEN CRUMB BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Cook broccoli in salted water, for about 15 minutes. Drain. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine soup, cheese and mayonnaise together and heat. Pour over broccoli. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
