BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 c. grated cheese

Cook broccoli just 5 minutes after thawing in cooking.

1 can cream of mushroom soup (not golden)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers

Melt butter and crumble enough Ritz crackers to take up the butter (about 1 pack). This is to be used as topping for the casserole.

Drain broccoli, add cheese, soup, etc. and pour into casserole, sprinkle topping on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees (or until brown). I sprinkle cheese on top before I put crackers on.
