2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour (heaping)
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Campbell's cheese soup
3 eggs
Cracker crumbs

Using 2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked with very little water, maybe 1/2 cup). Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter; add heaping tablespoon flour and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir in Cheez Whiz. Beat eggs until foamy. Mix cheese sauce with broccoli and fold in eggs. Put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and add chunks of butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
