MEAL IN A DISH CASSEROLE 
5 sm. potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
1 lb. raw hamburger (can use 2 c. leftover roast)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can vegetable beef soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Crushed potato chips, corn flakes or Ritz crackers (whatever is on hand)

Slice the potatoes into a buttered baking dish. Break up the raw meat, or cubed roast.

Add undiluted vegetable soup, the onion and the undiluted mushroom soup.

Cover tightly with oil or foil and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

Uncover, sprinkle with crushed crumbs and return to oven for another 10 minutes or until browned.

This can be fixed ahead and slipped into the oven at the proper time to cook.

This casserole is very good served with a salad and refrigerator rolls.
