GOLDEN CRUMB BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli, cut up 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c. shredded sharp American cheese (1 oz.) 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. cheese cracker crumbs In covered saucepan cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento, and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli, top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
