GOLDEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. med. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion
Cheez-It crackers
1 c. sour cream

Cut broccoli to make 6 cups, cook in small amount of water. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix other ingredients, except crackers and pour over broccoli. Top with crushed crackers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
