STUFFED MUSHROOMS - MICROWAVE 
24 med. to lg. mushrooms
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dried Italian herbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika for garnish
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red hot pepper sauce

Remove mushroom stems and chop them finely.

Transfer to medium bowl, stir in cheese, onion, and other ingredients. Blend well.

Fill caps with mixture, mounding slightly in center. Sprinkle with paprika.

Arrange in shallow baking dish. Cook in microwave on high until heated through, 4 to 5 minutes.

Mushrooms can be filled ahead and refrigerated - if so, let stand 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
