MICROWAVE MEATBALLS IN MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
1 lb. ground beef
12 crushed soda crackers
1/3 c. evaporated milk
Dash of pepper
1 egg
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients. Make meatballs and place in shallow microwave baking dish. Bake on high for 6 minutes (check your microwave for proper heat). Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 2/3 cup water or 1 cup if you like a thin sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake another 6 to 8 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
