EASY APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
350 degrees, 1 hour

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, peeled and sliced

If cake mix has pudding in it already it's not necessary to use the small package of instant pudding.

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.

Step 1: Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil. Beat 5 minutes.

Step 2: Pour half the batter into the greased, floured 10 inch tube pan. Arrange half the apples on the batter.

Step 3: Mix the sugar, nuts and cinnamon; sprinkle half on the apples (in the pan).

Step 4: Cover with the remaining batter, arrange the rest of the apples around the top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture over the apples.

Step 5: Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn out on rack.

Freezes well.
