SKILLET PORK CHOPS AND ONIONS
4 thin-cut pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 tbsp. oil
2 med. onions, sliced lengthwise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. brown sugar

In large skillet, brown chops in oil; remove and set aside. In same skillet, saute onions and garlic until lightly browned. Return chops to skillet; add mixture of broth, soy sauce, ginger and sugar. Cover and cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until chops are fork tender. If desired, thicken pan liquid. Serve chops topped with onions and pan liquid. Makes 4 servings.
