CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 cooked chicken breasts, deboned, skinned, diced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. med. cheddar cheese, grated
Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, cooked and drained

Combine chicken soup, sour cream and milk to make a sauce. In baking dish, layer diced chicken, broccoli, cheese and sauce. Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
