CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 lg. bunch broccoli or 2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can mushrooms
Buttered Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook chicken and cut into pieces. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Cook broccoli and layer over the chicken. Add mushrooms. Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Spread over chicken mixture. Place cheddar cheese over all and top with the buttered cracker crumbs. (For crumbs, use about 1 stick of butter to a stack of crackers.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
