BEST BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
3 lg. ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 heaping tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add ripe bananas. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt (optional), and nuts. This makes 1 large loaf. Double recipe makes 3 small loaves.

Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes until done.

Made this today immediately after reading it, as I had three ripe bananas that needed using. It was wonderful! Made perfectly moist and golden brown banana bread and 6 muffins! I only used baking soda because I had no powder to add. ALSO, I did add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla for flavor. The kids ate it right up.
