BEST BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (add one at a time)
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in bananas. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to banana mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
