3/4 c. creamed butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas 2 eggs 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. buttermilk (or reg. milk with 1 tsp. of vinegar) 1/2 c. chopped nuts Grease loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs; add bananas. Add alternating flour mixed with salt and soda with buttermilk to batter. Add nuts. Bake and enjoy! | |
