BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli or fresh
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Ritz cracker crumbs
Butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine beaten eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold into broccoli and pour into greased casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
