CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 roll Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 lbs. boneless chicken in strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. or 1/2 bunch broccoli (steamed)
butter to moisten crushed crackers

Line dish with crumb mixture (butter and crumbs). NOTE: Save a small amount for top. Partially cook chicken strips in frying pan. Place on top of crumbs. Drain broccoli; put on top of chicken.
